It took a while but the official release of our debutalbum "Swallow Your Modesty" is near! The official release is planned for Monday the 23rd of May 2011. From that day you can order our album in stores and online.

On Sunday the 22nd of May 2011 the album is officially presented during a live-performance of T.A.G in De Bosuil in Weert. Before that we will do a showcase on Friday the 20th of May 2011 in The Rock Temple in Kerkrade and on Saturday the 21st of May 2011 we will do an in-store at Sounds in Venlo. The are new pictures online on the site from the video recording for our first Single Four Piece Puzzle Babe. Of course the pictures are also publiced on Facebook, Hyves and MySpace. We would like some acknowledgement for the f#$%kin' ice-age temperatures we had to endure during the video shoot :) (17 F!!!).

Pictures are taken by Joep Verhaeg who (in spite of wearing seven trousers en 4 pair of socks) had to suffer a heavy cold for over a week. Much love dude! (Large quantities of Dampo are on their way :))

On December the 15th we are recording our first video for the song Four Piece Puzzle Babe, that wil be released on our debute album.

The video shoot takes place at a old factory hall formally in use by the Dutch railway. You can imagine the efforts to get water warmth and electricity to the location :)

In the next few weeks Dennis is going to tour with Simon Phillips (drummer of for instance Mick Jagger, The Who and Toto). After Dennis recently had set up Simon's drumkit, Simon was so impressed, he didn't want to work with anyone else. And we were already proud of Dennis :).

Last friday was a great gig in De Effenaar in Eindhoven. At 21.00h the first kick-off for supporting My Favorite Scar. It was a great rockfest with the guys from MFS!

Thuesday we've had show rehearsals with the crew of MFS in Waalwijk, a useful but foremost relaxed rehearsal, where we could use part of My Favorite Scar's backline.

Oscar Holleman who also co-writes and produces the upcoming album (release 2011) had come over to see the start of the clubtour, and was able to see us perform as well. THX Oscar!

The last tweeks. Last saturday Oscar and Wouter have finalized the mix for the CD in Oscar's studio RS29. After this we only have to master the cd and hopefully no to far after the mastering the release is sceduled.read more»

This afternoon we arranged the last of the keyboard arragements on our upcoming album. We asked Marco Kuijpers from the AudioCult studio to help us out. Marco known from dutch bands like Silkstone and Cloudmachine works together woth Rene Merckelback (Within Temptation, Krezip, Racoon) wo also came to take a quick peek a the new recordings.

Marco arranged strings and keyboard-samples/programming into "When The World Doesn't Feel That Heavy", "And We Know" and "Anaesthetize". This week the songs are mixed by Oscar Holleman, we can't wait to hear the end result.

Het optreden van Sandra gisteren met Casual Silence was erg mooi! Het heeft ons meteen ook aan het denken gezet, want als iets ons leuk lijkt is het een akoestische show met bevriende getalenteerde collega-muzikanten.read more»

Sandra is gevraagd een gastoptreden te verzorgen bij de akoestische show van Casual Silence in het Annatheater in Helmond. Ze zal o.a. een nummer zingen van het album Once in a Blue Moon dat Casual Silence enige tijd geleden heeft uitgebracht. Come check it out!read more»

Onze eigen Wouter goes legal :) Vanaf vandaag is BLOOM Recordings een feit. Na enig aandringen geeft Wouter toe aan zijn passie voor het opnemen van bands. 

Door nauwe samenwerking met gerenommeerde producers en sound-engineers als o.a. Ronald Prent (bekend van o.a. Rammstein, Guano Apes, Simple Minds en vele anderen) en Oscar Holleman (Within Temptation, Krezip, Ayreon, My Favorite Scar, Nailpin, en vele anderen) is gezorgd voor een goede basis. Gedreven om de resultaten van studio's als Wisseloord (Hilversum) of Galaxy Studios (Mol) te evenaren wordt een opname neergezet die mee kan met de top studio's van Nederland.

Bij een nieuwe cd horen natuurlijk nieuwe foto's. We hebben een te gekke locatie gevonden voor onze nieuwe fotosessie. De kledingsessies zijn voorbij, alle attributen zijn aangeleverd en de fotograaf is er klaar voor. Hopelijk blijft het resultaat niet uit. Keep those fingers crossed!read more»

Nadat de nummers van onze eerste EP waren afgemixt kwamen we samen met Oscar Holleman tot de conclusie dat het jammer zou zijn om de nummers slechts op een EP te zetten, dus hebben we besloten om voor een volledig album te gaan! Dat betekent dat de release van ons eerste plaatje wordt uitgesteld maar ook dat je straks nog meer hebt om van te genieten! Dus maar weer meteen de studio in!read more»

Goed nieuws! Oscar Holleman gaat de zang opnemen en de mix doen van onze eerste EP! We zijn ernstig vereerd dat deze rockheld met ons wil gaan samenwerken :-). Het optreden gisteren was erg leuk! Special voor de fans van Cooper inc. hebben we Rain gespeeld in de door ons gearrangeerde versie. Uiteraard hebben we het nummer met John himself gespeeld.
